Physical Demands Analysis (PDA)

A Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) is the cornerstone of the analytical process used to determine the compatibility between a worker and a specific job. One of our primary goals is to ensure that our JDA reports can be easily read and interpreted by medical professionals and can be directly compared to the results of a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) to better assist in determining an appropriate return to work strategy as well as help a company to determine appropriate “accommodation” jobs. We also do Physical Cognitive Demands Analysis (PCDA), which includes the cognitive aspects of a job.
