This training is for people who work in an environment where they do manual work. It is designed to educate and motivate workers by teaching them the WHY, WHEN, & HOW to stretch their muscles to reduce their potential for pain or injury. There are 20 stretches as part of this Warm-Up and Stretching course. Each stretch is taught during the course, highlighting the muscle being stretched with cautions to ensure they are done properly and options, for those who are having trouble doing a certain stretch. There is an accompanying poster and 20 accompanying videos demonstrating how to perform each stretch properly. Â

At the end of this course, you will be able to identify:
- Musculoskeletal injury (MSI) types that might apply in a workplace.
- How muscles work and how tight muscles increase the potential for injury.
- How and why warm-up and stretching is important.
- When to warm-up and stretch.
- How to perform each stretch safely.
