Shona Anderson, President, is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist (CCPE). Our other consultants are trained in Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, Athletic therapy, and related fields and all are extremely qualified to assess the ergonomic risks of your work environment and job demands on employees. We provide recommendations to control workplace risks and bring physical demands within employee capabilities. We also provide excellent training programs to teach employees how to design and set-up their workstations more effectively and to use their bodies to be more productive and injury-free.

Shona Anderson, President
Shona Anderson is President and Principal Consultant. She is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist (CCPE), a graduate of the University of Waterloo and has been practicing ergonomics since 1990. She has extensive ergonomic experience in the electronics manufacturing, railway transportation, food production, oil and gas and office environments. She specializes in providing customized services to office, manufacturing and other industrial environments.

- Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist(CCPE)
- Member of the CCCPE Board of Directors
- Full Member of Association of Canadian Ergonomists;
- Experience as an Ergonomics Professional since 1990.
Jill Bates, Ergonomist
Jill Bates has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree from the University of Waterloo and has been practicing ergonomics for more than a decade. She has extensive experience performing ergonomic assessments, conducting training sessions and performing Job Demands Analyses in a multitude of work environments.
Credentials include:
- Ergonomist
- Full Member of Association of Canadian Ergonomists;
- Experience as an Ergonomics Professional since 1990.
Sandra Field, Administrative Assistant
Sandra Field is our Administrative Assistant extraordinaire. She works in both our office and hers, making sure we are on track and looking after the general administration of our business as well as helping in our clients’ ergonomics projects to ensure focus, organization, and success.
