Physical Demands Analysis / Cognitive Demands Analysis (PDA / PCDA)

A Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) is the cornerstone of the analytical process used to determine the compatibility between a worker and a specific job. One of our primary goals is to ensure that our PDA’s can be directly compared to the results of a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) to better assist in determining an appropriate return to work strategy. We also do PCDA, which is the Physical Cognitive Demands Analysis.  

This PDA / PCDA can be used to:
• Build a database of tasks and the physical and cognitive demands required
• Assist in returning injured employees to work
• Highlight which jobs have a high potential to produce discomfort and/or injury to employees
